Now Hiring - Cell Phone Repair Technician / Sales Associate in Lone Tree, CO

We are in need of a team member to work at our high-volume stores in the Park Meadows and Flatiron Crossing malls. We are looking for someone who is responsible, outgoing, and excited about mobile devices and gadgets of all kinds. We need someone who has previous repair knowledge of cell phone devices. Mainly iPhone and Samsung devices.

Joining our team will give you the chance to develop your skills and grow with our company. We have a fun team that you will want to be part of. The best part is we get to work with the newest and greatest gadgets in the world and help our customers enjoy their mobile devices even more.

We need to add one part-time position to our team that can work 3-5 shifts each week including several morning shifts Monday through Friday. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Hours per week will be 15-30 and then grow from there. Opportunities for advancement, including more hours and responsibility, are plentiful.

We have a flexible schedule that is perfect for students and even those with a second job.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Opening and/or closing the store
• Providing product information to customers and helping them find the right solution for their needs
• Interacting with associates from retail partners such as Apple, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and more
• Installing purchased accessories, especially the InvisibleShield, on customers' devices
• Performing inventory counts
• Preparing kiosk to be presentable for all customers
• Learning about new products coming to market
• Repairing customers' devices
• Reporting to the store manager and owners about your productivity, accomplishments, and areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of retail sales experience is preferred

Phone repair knowledge
Experience working in a fast-paced atmosphere (actual mall experience a plus)
Responsible and proactive
Ability to be on time to work

Competitive Hourly Wage plus Great Commission
